Questions
Am I an employee?
No. You're an independent practitioner running your own service. Mino-Bimaadiziiwin is the umbrella you gather under.
How does the contribution work?
A small, agreed percentage of each donation you receive through the umbrella goes toward shared costs. For example, on a $100 sale, $15 supports the platform and $85 goes to you. Payments are collected on the website and your share is sent to the account of your choice. The exact terms are spelled out in your written agreement.
Do I need to be Indigenous?
No, but everyone who joins is asked to honor and respect the Anishinaabe teachings of mino-bimaadiziiwin that this community is rooted in, and never to misrepresent or appropriate them.
What if I want to leave?
The agreement includes a simple, respectful way to part ways at any time.
Do I need insurance or a license?
You're responsible for what applies to your own practice and location. We'll talk through this together.
Is this medical advice?
No. All offerings under this umbrella are spiritual, educational, and for personal growth.
Collaborators are independent practitioners, not employees of Mino-Bimaadiziiwin Support, LLC. Final terms are set out in a written agreement. All offerings are spiritual and educational, not medical, psychological, or legal advice.
